本蝶形激光器驱动可支持诸如SOA, DFB, FP, SLED等类型. 同时支持对蝶形激光器的电流进行调制, 通过驱动器的SMA接口, 电压调制信号可转化为电流调制信号, 驱动内部LD电流变化, 电流转换系数三挡可调, 调制频率从DC直到10MHz. 因其高达0.01mA的电流分辨率和0.002℃的温度稳定度, 以及优异的噪声性能, 非常适合气体传感方面的应用.
The laser diode driver consists of four sections: LD bias, back PD current monitor and temperature stabilizer, and voltage-to-current convertor which allows modulation up to 10MHz. It fits for 10-pin or 14-pin butterfly packaged Pump, DFB, SOA, SLED or equivalent. A Graphical user interface (GUI) running on PC make it very easy of use for green hand, and the UART serial comm. port is ideal for OEM or industrial test. The butterfly packaged laser is removable. It saves a lot if users want another power or wavelength of laser source. They only need to replace the LD.
