本射频驱动器专门为PAM4信号放大设计, 可用于线性铌酸锂调制器和电吸收调制器等, 用于驱动光器件产生PAM4光信号. 输出摆幅1.2V~3.3V范围可调, 典型3dB带宽38GHz, 支持最高25GBaud符号率的PAM4信号放大. 能满足市面上常见调制器的驱动要求, 此为还支持QPSK, OOK, RZ, NRZ, BPSK, DPSK, Pulse, 等调制. SMA接口, 单一直流5V供电, 即插即用.
The PAM4 RF amplifier is a single input high performance broadband optical modulator driver with very low jitter, 3.3 V swing, with excellent gain and group delay flatness, matched to 38GHz. It is designed for electro-optical test equipment and optical modulator PAM4 driver applications. The driver is intended for lab use or integration. It has gain and power levels that are ideally suitable for driving either Linear EA or LN modulators. It has low power dissipation, ample drive signal, very low added jitter, fast rise/fall times.
