蝶形半导体激光器驱动模块, 带显示及触摸屏操作, 具备良好的散热能力, 可直接置于光学台使用. 根据用户使用的激光器引脚定义, 可支持PUMP, SOA, SLD, DFB, FP类型的蝶形激光器. 其中PUMP激光器可以同时支持OCLARO(现泵浦改II-VI的标签)14PIN和10PIN的蝶形封装. 支持光功率和温度的调整, 最大支持750mW的泵浦管. 根据用户对尺寸及成本的要求, 可提供带壳体高配置或者更低成本无触屏版本.
DESCRIPTION
The pump laser driver consists of three sections: LD bias, back PD current monitor and temperature stabilizer. It is suited for 10-pin or 14-pin butterfly packaged pump laser or equivalent. A 4.3-inch touch screen make it very easy of use for green hand, and the RS232 serial comm. port is ideal for OEM or industrial test. The butterfly packaged laser is removable. It saves a lot if users want another power or wavelength of laser source. They only need to replace the LD.
